Mppsc new syllabus for mains

MPPSC has declared about new syllabus and pattern for mains, while declaring good numbers of posts last week.

The point to be kept in mind here is that the pre syllabus is intact, and if u are appearing in this exam then your focus should be on pre.

Whenever the mains syllabus is published it would be easier than the current one.

With elimination of optional the system of dreaded scaling will be buried. Making the exam even.for all candidates.

I will be handling the mains syllabus asap after its publication.
Till then my suggestion for you is to focus on pre and do not waste time contemplating the mains syllabus. It will do no good to you, except wasting time.

The cutoff for this exam are expected to be on a higher side,
So be sure to plan a strategy so as to score in the range of 320-340.

This will ascertain your qualification, and your focus for mains, for which you are getting only 4 months in between.

It is better to start early, as for a first time mppsc has declared its mains dates along with pre.

All the best from us, for any querries you can whatsapp me on 08959553500. Or if you are in indore, mp, can drop by.

Bye till next post, an update on mppsc mains.

Mppsc crimino as an optional

The crimino optional is made up of two related subjects. First is the paper of criminology, an interdisciplinary, offshoot subject of sociology.
Books available in markets ( local mp) are
Paranjpe
Baghel
Ram Ahuja
Chohan
Etc

My concern is to make u understand one thing, and that is being a smaller subject, all topics need to be justified.

By intellect, experience, & proper guidance.

So i would suggest relevant reading from sociological thought on deviance, psychological thought, and philolosophical thought, then the legal approach should suffice them all.

For forensic science, a technical high scoring subject, not much is available from exam perspective.
You should find book by J Sharma, unfortunately 1 book by him is no more in circulation.
Then u may opt for any medico legal book ( available for medicos)

Babel, nabar, are also good.

Update is must, as this is a dynamic subject.

All the best.
