5. What are fundamental rights affected ( Part III, e.g. article 19)
6. What is current issue? start from similar issues in the past.
7. Evaluation. - bothe sides of story without bias, refer to some articles.
8. Conclusion - conclude with a balanced opinion, stand positive with the LAW.
